Solar Panel Warranty
In our standard offering solar panels come with a manufacturer warranty of below:
Limited Product Warranty – 25 Years
Limited Performance Guaranteed – 25 Years or 30 Years
In the event of suspect failure GreenO2 is always your first point of contact to ensure we are notified and understand the circumstances and symptoms of the potential warranty issue. After investigation and feedback to manufacturers we will advise the next step of either inspection, repair, or replacement is required.
Solar Inverter Warranty
In our standard offering solar inverters come with a manufacturer warranty of below:
Limited Product Warranty – 10 Years
Paid Extension Option – Available up to 20 Years total.

After investigation and feedback to manufacturers we will advise the next step of either inspection, repair, or replacement is required.
Solar Battery Warranty
In our standard offering solar batteries come with a manufacturer warranty of below:
Limited Product Warranty – 5 to 10 Years
Battery Output Warranty – Based on total capacity allowed to cycle
Paid Extension Option – Available up to 20 Years total.

Installation Warranty
GreenO2 and our Installer Contractors offer the following installation warranty to our customers:
Installation Warranty – 5 Years
Roof Leak Warranty – 12 months
Public Liability Insurance – $20 millions
In the event of suspect failure GreenO2 is always your first point of contact to ensure we are notified and understand the circumstances and symptoms of the potential warranty issue. Any suspected installation related warranty must be reported within 24 hours of issue is found to avoid delayed response. GreenO2 is committed to offer 24 hours response turn around time on any installation and product related warranty.
